Villa Rules

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM.

No live music, per the Los Nomadas neighborhood policy.

Please use the drink coasters provided for drinks placed on the tables. This helps us protect our furniture to look fresh for future guests.

No taping anything to the walls. This takes the paint off the wall, and we will charge you for repainting if this occurs.

No hookah allowed, and no smoking indoors.

30 days before your booking check-in date we offer a full refund.

Bookings are non-refundable during holiday periods, including Semana Santa, Christmas, and New Years.
